Here are Stuart’s top five Bristol favourites:
Bristol Old Vic

Bristol Old Vic’s new foyer
“I love everything about it: the amazing history, the intimacy of the theatre itself, the theatre school and much more. It’s a real gem of the city’s arts scene.”
Veals
“As a fisherman, I’m a regular at Veals, a family-run shop, based within Gardiner Haskins. You can be sure you’ll get great advice and they always have what I need.”
St Nicholas Market

The Hot Sauce Emporium at St Nick’s
“St Nick’s has such a warm, quirky feel and I’m a big fan of independents – in particular I like to stop by the hot chilli sauce shop!”
Stationery World
“Since I was a little boy I’ve always liked this type of shop. I love all the Bristol prints in there by artist Trevor Haddrell; in fact I have some at home.”
Chew Valley Lake
“A beautiful spot. I’m a big fan of the outdoors and there’s nothing I like better than a day out in the sunshine surrounded by nature.”
Wapping Wharf is now growing with over 250 new homes – including one, two and three-bedroom apartments – currently being created. The new homes, which are now for sale and known as Wapping Wharf Living, a joint venture between Umberslade and Muse Developments.
