St Nick’s Market
is needed now More than ever
“Having lived in many countries before settling in Bristol, St Nick’s Market to me is a global foodie heaven. From the beautiful architecture to the wonderful aroma of food and the fabulous choices of stalls and shop, I easily lose track of time wandering around the market. My favourite spot is definitely the Moroccan Moorish Cafe followed by the cakes and pastries at Ahh Toots to satisfy my sweet tooth!”
Gloucester Road
“From the rows of cafes, charity shops and little independent shops, Gloucester Road definitely has something for everyone. One of my favourite is Hobbs House Bakery (try the organic seeded sourdough).”
Harbourside
“The harbour is one of my favourite spot for an afternoon walk followed by a cup of coffee and cake. On weekends, we love catching the ferry to the city centre, having a spot of lunch then head back and sit by the side of harbour and watch the sunset.”

“Oriental food heaven! Walk into Wai Yee Hong and you can just find about everything under one roof. This is one of the largest Asian supermarket here in Bristol and is owned by a lovely family. It is my favourite place to stock up on all of my Malaysian pantry needs, from curry powder to herbs and even frozen seafood!”
Clifton Suspension Bridge
“The most iconic landmark of Bristol and one of the first places I visited on my first trip to Bristol. We love to walk by the Downs towards the bridge where there are beautiful green open space near the Clifton Observatory which is perfect for a picnic. The Suspension Bridge is also our favourite spot to take our visitors and show them picturesque Bristol.”
