Starter for 10: Sofia Simou

By Martin Booth  Sunday Sep 1, 2019

Sofia Simou is one half of The Coffee House Project alongside her friend and business partner Louisa Parry.

The pair have lived and breathed coffee culture in London, Athens and Sydney, but found nowhere quite like their home city of Bristol.

The Coffee House Project returns to the Passenger Shed on September 7 and 8 for its second annual festival.
