England hit Belgium for six at sold-out Ashton Gate
England lifted the Arnold Clark Cup trophy in front of a sold-out Ashton Gate on Tuesday evening.
In a match that they completely dominated, the Lionesses beat Belgium 6-1 with two goals from Chloe Kelly and Leah Williamson, one from Lucy Bronze, and an own goal.
The European champions continue their momentum ahead of the World Cup starting in five months, with the team remaining unbeaten under manager Sarina Wiegman.

Wiegman told ITV that the Lionesses’ visit to Bristol, playing in front of 26,169 fans, “was very nice”.
“It was a full stadium, a good game and lots of goals. We conceded one which we didn’t like but it was a good goal.
“It was a good week for the team, we have done many things and it is a good step forward in preparations for the World Cup.”
