Match report: QPR 0-1 Bristol City
Famara Diédhiou struck his tenth goal of the campaign to fire City to a 1-0 win over QPR at the Kiyan Prince Foundation Stadium.
It was a top-drawer header in the 16th minute to secure City their fourth-consecutive win and clean sheet in the Championship.
Nahki Wells was well received when he came on as a second-half substitute to feature against his former team, but it was also a match which echoed the solid defensive performance shown against Reading in midweek.
is needed now More than ever
QPR were relentless with their late pressure but they couldn’t break through a well-drilled City backline who again threw bodies on the line and were well positioned to deal with the danger.
