Entries open for new Bristol to Bath marathon

Entries are now open for the new Bristol to Bath marathon.

The 26.2 mile route for the inaugural marathon on Sunday 25th October has also been revealed.

It will take competitors out east from Bristol city centre, along the Feeder Canal and Crews Hole Road before reaching Bath Road, finishing along Milsom Street and Royal Avenue in Bath.

Roads along the route will be fully closed.

Bath-based race organisers GO2 say they have had a huge amount of interest with more than 5000 people already pre-registered. They expect the event to be a sell-out with early-bird places costing £50
