Aztec West 5k
The last in the winter series of the Aztec West Fast 5Ks takes place at the end of the month. The race, open to anyone who turns up on the night is on a three-lap course on a private road.

Ride It
A choice of routes and distances (from 15 miles to 70 miles) for races starting from South Bristol and heading out into the countryside. Mechanical support and feed stations are all laid on by Bristol Sportive.

These events organised by Sporting Memories Network aim to tackle feelings of loneliness and isolation among the city’s elderly community, as well as give young people of all ages the chance to interact and learn from each other through a range of activities. Seven former cricketers attended an event last year at the County Ground to show their support including Gloucestershire Cricket heroes Syd Lawrence and Mark Alleyne, who shared experiences from throughout their career and got the crowd going with memories of cup finals and close wings.
