Bristol Bears new European kit inspired by colourful Cliftonwood
The colourful houses of Cliftonwood have inspired the kit that Bristol Bears will be wearing for their European campaign next season.
Overlooking the Floating Harbour, the homes have become an Instagram-friendly ode to our city.
The outfits pay homage to their hue, with Dave Atwood even being persuaded to squeeze onto a scooter to pose for a pic in the new kit on Church Lane close to the Lion pub.
is needed now More than ever
The Umbro kit will be worn when the Bears play in the Heineken Champions Cup in 2021/22, facing Scarlets and Stade Francais in the pool stages.
It follows a theme started in June by Bristol City, whose away shirt with pastel-coloured vertical lines was said to represent the houses in Totterdown.
