Bristol players star in new video to encourage fans back to Bear Country

By Martin Booth  Wednesday Apr 21, 2021

There’s Semi Radradra on the roof of Ashton Gate, Callum Sheedy serving a Buxton & Bird meat pie to Kyle Sinkler, Joe Joyce doing the drying up, Dan Thomas doing the laundry, Harry Randall pouring a pint of cider and John Afoa mowing the hallowed turf.

There’s also Max Lahiff – now known across the world for his viral post-match video – enjoying a pint in the stadium’s sports bar as the video plays on the big screen behind him.

The temporary roles for the Bears players are for a new video to mark the launch of next season’s season tickets, which will see fans return to Ashton Gate for the first time in more than a year.
