A great choice for UWE Bristol and University of Bristol students, with great connections to each campus, you’ll have everything on your doorstep here – so expect prices to be higher to reflect this. Often suited to those happy living in smaller spaces.

Gloucester Road/Bishopston/St Andrew’s
More affordable than the city centre, you’re more likely to find houses with access to outdoor space here than in the city centre. St Andrew’s Park nearby provides plenty of space for those who prefer the outdoors and the area is full of independent shops, cafes, and bars.

Redland
Popular with University of Bristol students, this part of the city can be a bit more expensive, but it’s within perfect cycling, and sometimes walking, distance of the University of Bristol’s campuses. Close to Whiteladies Road and Gloucester Road, you’ll never be short of things to do.

Montpelier, St Paul’s, Stokes Croft
Popular with University of Bristol and UWE Bristol students alike, Stokes Croft is known as Bristol’s cultural quarter for a reason. With street art around every corner, including from the likes of Banksy, this is for the students who want to see the arty side of Bristol.
