Developer plans student homes in prime city location

Bristol property company Urban Creation have released plans to turn an unused storage space into a six-bed student cluster flat.

Located on the Clifton Triangle, the top three floors of the five-storey building are currently empty after the closure of Jones the Bootmaker in the ground floor shop space.

Director and owner Jonathan Brecknell said: “We are pleased to have added this Grade II listed property in a prime Bristol city centre location to our growing portfolio. We are currently drawing up our plans to revamp and breathe new life into the building, which is right in the heart of the student scene.”

This won’t be Urban Creations’ first student property, as they are also in the process of renovating accommodation on Charlotte Street in Clifton, and The Manor House off St Michaels Hill.

The new flats are expected to be ready just in time for the new academic year.
