Zorba the Greek flashmob video in Broadmead goes viral
More than 34,000 people have now watched a flashmob dance performed by Bristol students in Broadmead.
The students appear one by one near the entrance to The Galleries until more than 20 dancers take part in the flashmob, finishing by unfurling both the Greek and Cypriot flags.

The dancers are members of Go Greek Bristol, a joint initiative of the University of Bristol and UWE Hellenic Society for Greek and Cypriot students.
Michalis Fili from Go Greek told Bristol24/7: “Zorba the Greek is one of the most famous Greek dances in the world and we wanted to promote this in Bristol so as to show Hellenic and Cypriot culture, create a friendly environment and share smiles to people. I think that we have achieved this!”
