is needed now More than ever
Clifton Arts Club was founded in 1906 by four artists, who later became academicians of what then became the Royal West of England Academy, with the first president Jacques Emile Blanche having been a pupil of Manet.
Despite Clifton Arts Club’s long and illustrious heritage, the annual exhibition works to highlight the constantly evolving nature of the club through the display of contemporary pieces alongside more traditional. The variety and quality of work promises to engage and inspire all visitors – everybody is welcome, and entrance is Free.
