Art Battle Bristol
Live painting competition, with 12 local artists competing in the first UK Art Battle International in Bristol at Motion.
Audience vote determines the winner over three rounds. The winner of the event will move on to the Bristol final taking place later this year and have a chance to compete in the International Final taking place in 2019.
The event is currently accepting applications for competing artists.

“Art Battle is a series of events worldwide that form an international live painting tournament. This event is the first UK event to use the official Art Battle International competition format.
“This event is a celebration of artistic excellence in Bristol. It invites the audience to share in the creative process while mixing in the adrenaline of competition.
“Each round is 20 minutes and the artists can paint anything they want. The first and second round have 6 artists each. Two artists are picked by the audience to compete in the event final where the audience decides a winner. A DJ and MC will keep the energy throughout the event.
“Bristol has a long history of excellence in the arts. Artists here deserve a chance to compete on the international stage. As artists ourselves, we see the need and value of this competition for artists.”
