Desert Island Books – Books & Europe
The Friends of Redland Library host their latest Desert Island Books evening on the theme of books and Europe.
Guests are: Molly Scott Cato (MEP for South West England, Academic, Green Economist), Professor Michelle Cini (Head of Sociology, Politics & International Studies, University of Bristol), Professor Susan Harrow (Head of Modern Languages, University of Bristol).
The panelists will select one book on the main theme for the event; and a second ‘wildcard book’, being a book that they have enjoyed and would recommend to others.
