Part of a series of collaborations between Bristol Festival of Literature and Flow restaurant, The Tangent Books Story will be hosted by the man behind the Bristol publisher, Richard Jones, who founded the fiercely independent business 13 years ago.

Since then they have gone on to publish a huge range of titles including books by Radiohead cover artist Stanley Donwood and short fiction maestro Tania Hershman; bestselling titles such as Banksy’s Bristol, and numerous local guides, biographies and history titles. Tangent has led the way in supporting some of the West’s finest writers, artists and anarchists and stuck to its aim of producing ‘quality books for the discerning punter’.
