An evening of poetry and spoken word headlined by Helen Moore and Callum Wensley (pictured).

Helen Moore is an award-winning eco-poet  and socially engaged artist currently based between SW England and Sydney, Australia. Her third collection, The Mother Country will be published in the UK in May 2019.

Callum Wensley helps to run Hammer and Tongue Bristol and is a regular face on the South-West poetry scene. He has recently graduated with a Masters in Creative Writing from Bath Spa University.’

There will be an open mic session which has 5 minute slots available. Those interested in performing on the night should arrive at 8.15pm.

There will also be an opportunity to donate to the charity, Bristol Hospitality Network.

Satellite of Love Poetry and Spoken word takes place at the Greenbank Pub in Easton on the 2nd Wednesday of each month. Doors open at 8.15 pm. With an open mic and featured acts, the evening also offers audiences to opportunity to donate to a charitable cause.
