Tonight brings a headline set from Jon Richardson – like Mark Watson and John Robins who headline part one, another hugely acclaimed comic who took his first steps in stand-up at the Comedy Box.
More than a decade ago Jon Richardson was one of the regular comperes at the Hen & Chicken while he was living in Bristol. He developed quickly into a very popular comedian which eventually led to him co-hosting a weekly radio show on 6Music with fellow Bristol-based comic Russell Howard, being nominated for Best Show at the Edinburgh Fringe in 2009, and becoming a frequent face on our TV screens in shows such as Have I Got News For You, 8 Out Of 10 Cats, 8 Out Of 10 Cats Does Countdown, Live At The Apollo and others.
