Foodbank Fundraiser

Date: Saturday, Mar 14 2020
Time: 6:00pm
Venue: Easton Community Centre
Price: £10

Frankie Stone and Elley Escott are residents of Bristol who are helping out their local communities and organising a Food Bank Fundraiser.

Interested in bringing people together through food and music whilst supporting those in need due to the effects of austerity, we plan to split 50 per cent of the money raised with North Bristol Food Bank and Easton Community Centre.

The night will kick off at 6pm with a selection of hot food, supported by Ecobarsbristol, followed by a raffle, DJs and live music. The raffle will include prizes donated by local businesses and friends.

The lineup is still to be announced but will feature folk music as well as drum and bass acts.

Elley decided she had to do something to help those who are affected by the election result in December by acting productively. I think it’s crucial to behave in a kind and compassionate way to those who are suffering through our current economy.
