Whoopi Goldberg stars as a New York bank clerk who, through her computer terminal, establishes contact with a secret agent-type (codename: Jumpin’ Jack Flash). Soon she’s being chased all over the place by bad guys (the KGB) in her attempts to save Western Democracy. It’s a fine, fast-paced slapstick production the uses Goldberg’s comic talents to good effect. Watch out for her impersonation of Diana Ross.
