Running Time

A new feature-length documentary about the farming crisis from the Land Workers Alliance and Black Bark Films – a Bristol-based, female-led film company.

Filmed throughout 2016, In Our Hands tells the stories of farmers who are taking back control of their lives and livelihoods from the monolithic agri-business, exploring ways in which we can “bring back life to the soil, a fair wage to the farmer and a flavour to the tomato”. Go here for more information about this screenning in the PRSC’s We Make Our Own Future programme. There will be an introduction by the filmmakers and a discussion about the Bristol food industry with local growers.
