Yep, it’s the film in which Sly Stallone forged a career by hitting another bloke and mumbling. Back in 1976, this former bit-part player hit the jackpot by introducing the world to pugilist Rocky Balboa – a small-timer who was given a rare opportunity to wallop a champ.

 

Stallone has returned to the role umpteen times, most recently in 2018’s Creed II.
