That fiery gypsy temptress gets a dousing in this suitably spectacular production on the floating stage on Lake Constance in Austria during the Bregenz Festival.

It’s directed by Kasper Holten, Director of Opera at London’s Royal Opera House. The set designed by the British artist Es Devlin, whose previous work includes sets for such stars as Adele, Take That, U2, Pet Shop Boys and Kanye West.

This Bristol Film Festival screening takes place in the atomospheric surroundings of All Saints Church. There will be an introductory talk and a cash bar avialable. Go here for more information and tickets.
