Encounters 2018: Day Three

Day three of the Encounters festival brings plenty more delights including Punjabtronix at the Arnolfini, a rare screening of Bristol animation classic The Secret Adventures of Tom Thumb and a Late Lounge focus on, um, Body Parts.
