He’s best known for his film score work on such blockbusters as Gladiator, The Lion King (for which he won an Escar), the Pirates of the Caribbean series and just about every Christopher Nolan movie. But Hans Zimmer is also a committed envirnomentalist and has composed the themes for those Natural History Unit hits Planet Earth II and Blue Planet II.
