Pony & Trap x Casamia @ Yurt Lush
Two of Bristol’s most garlanded chefs are joining forces for a very special lunch at Yurt Lush.
Peter Sanchez-Iglesias of Casamia and Josh Eggleton of The Pony & Trap will be trekking in Nepal as part of a group from the hospitality industry to raise money for Action Against Hunger.
To support their fundraising efforts, The Pony & Trap x Casamia at Yurt Lush on Sunday, March 18 will see the pair co-create an eight-course menu featuring some of their signature dishes.
