Fairtrade Martini evening
This year’s event in celebration of Fairtrade Fortnight and International Women’s Day, invites you to find out more about fairtrade and its benefits from a woman who’s experienced it first-hand.
Included in the ticket price is a fairtrade earl grey martini, fairtrade chocolate brownie treats and a free reusable Clipper tea caddy packed full of fairtrade tea.
On the night, special guest Urania Hernández, a Nicaraguan farmer who owns a fairtrade-certified coffee and cocoa smallholding will be giving a talk. There will be an opportunity to ask questions and gain a fascinating insight into the difference fairtrade makes to the life of women in the Soppexcca Cooperative.

All profits raised from tickets sales will be donated to Bristol Link with Nicaragua, who annually host a fairtrade female producer in Bristol in cooperation with Bristol & South Gloucester Fairtrade Networks.
