Single origin chocolate workshop
As you taste your way around the chocolate world, Zara will guide you through the tasting as she imparts her extensive knowledge of chocolate production and the history of chocolate. Following the in-depth tasting and talk, you will get the chance to roll your own single-origin water ganache truffles. You’ll then bag up your rolled truffles to take home, along with two bars of your favorite single origin chocolate.
