Join Origin Coffee training manager, TJ, to learn the art of cupping and taste their latest feature coffees at Convoy Espresso in the Paintworks.

The team at Origin, based in Cornwall, describe cupping as “a hugely important part” of what they do, adding that it is “a method used to systematically evaluate the aroma and taste characteristics of a sample of coffee beans”.
