Come along to the Little Kitchen Cookery School if you have an interest in baking/patisserie. Learn how to whisk egg whites, make a sugar syrup, an Italian meringue, macronage, and croutage.
You will also learn about adapting recipes, baking, piping, and storage, the course best suits beginners.
It’s suitable for age 16 upwards (or 14 to 15 years if accompanied by a full paying adult over the age of 18 years. But, participation when making the sugar syrup will be restricted).
