Tapas Meets Palestine
In honour of Fair Trade Fortnight, Poco are set to bring a flavour of Palestine to Jamaica Street.
Inspired by his recent trip to the country, exec chef and co-owner Tom Hunt has curated a menu with the potential to transport you right into the heart of the Middle East.
In honour of their guest and awarding winning Palestinian chef, Bessema Barahmeh, Tom and head chef Bruno will be collaborating with The Fair Trade Foundation and Zaytoun to create a one off feast. Expect a meze of starters, followed by a sharing platter of Bessama’s own matfoul chicken and vegetables and a classic dessert to finish off.
