Square Food pop-up – The summer edition
The Square Food Foundation have planned four special pop-up suppers at creative hub, cafe and gallery Spike Island, aimed at celebrating the seasons.
Each season will focus on the cuisine of a specific location. For this particular evening, guest chef Fabrizia Lanza, from the esteemed Case Vecchie in Sicily, will be cooking four courses inspired by the region’s summer. Expect menu celebrating the best of the region’s produce, including pasta, sardines, Sicilian lemons, panelle and cannolini. Vegan and vegetarian food is available on request at the booking stage.
Fabrizia will also give a cooking demonstration and the price includes a glass of wine.
