Onion Garlic pop-up
A Turkish beach-side restaurant is hosting a pop-up at Spike Island Cafe.
Soğan Sarmısak (Onion Garlic), in Gumusluk near Bodrum, serves fresh food using local market produce and recipes from the owner’s great-grandmother, as well as Aegean mezes.
Owner Sevinc is visiting her sister Selda Ulucanlar in Bristol, who says: “The small menu is designed to delight. The setting is idyllic. The sunsets are a spectacle. The atmosphere is relaxed.”
