Carib-Asian duo Pat Hart and Sherrie Eugene-Hart are back with this East-meets-West cultural culinary adventure from the Indian sub-continent to the Caribbean.
Pat and Sherrie’s fusion concept blending indigenous spices from both their homelands has developed a new flavour, highly influenced by their mums Ruth and Rita (who hail from Lahore in Asia and Dominica in the Caribbean).
In this event you can see some Carib Asian cookery first hand via a selection of live cooking demos and get to tuck in to an eclectic mix of sharing platters – including lamb, okra and aubergine, coconut and coriander chicken curry and special dumplings.
