91 Ways – French supper club
The final 91 Ways fundraising dinner of 2019 will feature French chef Sebastian Brochot at Spike Island.
Seb trained in Burgundy and moved to the UK 30 years ago, where he worked in restaurants, hotels and event catering. He has been working with Square Food for many years.
The evening will be a celebration of French homely family cooking and the dishes will be prepared as Seb’s mum would have when he was a child and served sharing style.
