Karamouza fish and seafood feast
Fish and seafood cooked the Greek way at Alex Papageorgiou’s home in Horfield.
The meu includes spicy feta and smoked aubergine canapes; prawn saganaki in tomato sauce and feta cheese; roast stuffed squid with cheese, red peppers and spinach; grilled mackerel with olive and tomato tapenade; and quince tatin with mastiha mousse.
