Pata Negra Wine Club
Without doubt the most recognisable of Spanish wines, there have been a number of important changes afoot over the past few years in Rioja. Many producers are questioning the old ways and have begun to explore new directions in the way that wine is made as well as how it’s classified and labelled. Out of this has emerged a whole wave of truly “new Riojas”, both red and white which represent a new and exciting future.
This Pata Negra Wine Club will be an opportunity to discover some these new and emerging styles, and as always resident wine expert Ben will be on hand to share his unrivalled knowledge with you. Throughout the evening five Riojas, both red and white, will be showcased, as well as giving you a chance to contrast the ‘new school’ with one or two traditionalist wines.
