Best known as the frontman for hugely influential indie rock band Dinosaur Jr, J Mascis has also established himself as a solo artist as well as a producer and film composer. While his band is regarded as one of the best in alternative rock, his solo shows are acoustic and far more intimate but an array of pedals help to bring the signature guitar wail he’s known for. He comes to Thekla in support of latest album Elastic Days.
