Bristolian feel-good group Laid Blak’s music has been described as ‘street soul’ since the 90s – a fusion of wholesome reggae, energetic ska and touches of hip-hop and bhangra. Favourite songs of them are Red , which received over 2 million views on YouTube, and Scream and Shout, that made the playlists of popular radio stations such as BBC 1 Xtra and Kiss FM. They have performed at a plethora of festivals including Shambala and Glastonbury, and have performed alongside many popular bands such as John Legend, McFly and Ed Sheeran.
