Seeking to prove that not all great country signers come from America, Irish songwriter, Catherine Mcgrath blends pop elements with the best of Nashville country. Taught to play guitar by her grandmother, Catherine developed her talents by watching her parents take the stage at the annual Fiddlers Green Music Festival.
Taking her own approach to songwriting, Mcgrath found success through her covers of popular songs that she would record and post online. Drawing influence from current pop and contemporary country the young artist recently released her debut album, Talk of This Town.
