Nothing says summer like the warm jazzy sounds of Roy Ayers’ live. We are excited to be welcoming one of the best-known and most respected artists on the scene today, also known as The Godfather of Neo-Soul. Having been instrumental in the inception of both the acid jazz and jazz funk movements, his significance is well known today, having been sampled more than any other artist ever. It’s an honour to welcome him to Bristol for our debut Summer disco jam.
Homegrown disco heroes Crazy P have been at the forefront of the scene for 15 years and we can’t wait to hear their shimmering pop goodness – the sound of the P is really something to behold. Fusing slinky underground disco and deep electronic throbs; this is dance music with a voice, a heart, and soul.
