Whether he’s taking the roof off a club with his unique selection of deep and tough house music, enchanting a backroom with a genre-bending set of disco, Balearic, rock and hip hop or playing chillout music by a pool in Ibiza, Bill Brewster is the man for all occasions. Involved with Late Night Tales since year dot; Bill has supplied expert sleeve notes for each album from Fila Brazillia to BadBadNotGood. His own Late Night Tales presents After Dark trilogy, which – as Bill describes – “is dance music for people who know how to make love”, brought a delightfully heady dose of eclectic slo-mo-disco, house and oddities to the series.
Warming up and cooling down on the night; Late Night Tales DJs’ Benjamin Smith reps the series’ wealth and diversity, threading inspiration from the series together with tracks from his own record collection.
