James Morton Featuring Pee Wee Ellis
James Morton, one of the UK’s finest saxophone players born and bred from Bristol, is being accompanied by funk and soul master – Alfred “Pee Wee” Ellis this Friday at The Den Dockside for their opening weekend.
More commonly known as Pee Wee; the American saxophonist, composer and arranger has been in the music industry for over 50 years producing jazz music and working with a number of well known artists. James Morton was appointed Ambassador of Music in Bristol in 2014 and since then has been touring and recording with the likes of Kasabian, Pendulum, Cee Lo Green and more.
