Eight-person collective, Superorganism hail from all corners of the globe – originally collaborating over skype before moving into a house/recording studio together in London. While each track is littered with pop hooks and warping noise the group is committed to a DIY approach and despite their large-scale production they always feel homemade. Separating the group from other pop productions is lead singer Orono’s angsty lyrics and flat delivery. More than anything though, Superorganism indicate something fun and unique and their show is guaranteed to be colourful.
