Dave has rocked rap in the UK music scene since the release of his hit single Samantha, which saw industry and fans hype hard for his mellow take on hip hop and he hasn’t lost momentum since. He had to grow up fast with his brothers behind bars and so he immersed himself in his MCing. Producing woke wordplay way beyond his years, he’s done collaborations with grime gurus AJ Tracey, J Hus and even made a fan out of Drake. Most recent drop Tequila hits just as hard as the shot. With his chilled out but tight R&B downbeats and electronic racing running along his smooth vocal, it’s another hit for the GRM Daily and Radio 1 Xtra backed beatman.
