Pussy / The Ruby Choker

Date: Saturday, Jan 26 2019 - Monday, Jan 28 2019
Venue: Bristol Improv Theatre

Bristol’s Renato’s Theatre Company reprise their adaptation of Angela Carter’s typically raunchy version of Puss-in-Boots, which they performed for a sell-out run at the Alma Tavern Theatre in 2017.  “Raucously funny … a fabulous job” – Caleb Sivyer

They also present The Ruby Choker, adapted from the gothic horror title story (and version of the  Bluebeard tale) in Carter’s collection The Bloody Chamber.

Accompaniment comes from a small chamber ensemble.
