D!CK: The Rise and Fall of Dick Turpin

Date: Wednesday, Sep 19 2018 - Saturday, Sep 22 2018
Venue: Alma Tavern & Theatre

Swashbuckling new comedy from locals Fandango Theatre.

“Quick on the trigger but slow on the draw, D!CK: The Rise and Fall of Dick Turpin follows the notoriously ruthless highwayman on his highway to hell.

“Inspired by 1980s New Romantic pop culture, this (slightly inaccurate) retelling brushes aside the typical 18th century aesthetic, to challenge the romanticism of history, as we find out why Dick Turpin really is a D!CK.
