Going Postal
Bristol theatre company Kelvin Players turn to Terry Pratchett for their Christmas production.
A convicted con-artist chooses to take the job of fixing the city of Ankh-Morpork’s ailing postal service (it was that or choose certain death). This takes him on a journey of redemption and self-discovery, a journey that leads him through the dark alleyways of murder and conspiracy.
Set in the thinly disguised reality of the Discworld, Going Postal is a satirical comedy about standing up for what’s right in the face of what’s wrong, finding love and community in the strangest of places – and how, when you think about it, stamps are much better than pins.
