Waiting for Godot

Date: Thursday, Oct 19 2017 - Saturday, Nov 4 2017
Venue: Tobacco Factory Theatres
Price: £18
Artists
Samuel Beckett

Tobacco Factory Theatres present a new production of Samuel Beckett’s 1953 absurdist classic.

Two hungry, battered drifters wait by a dead tree. They might have been here yesterday. And they might well come back tomorrow. Unless Mr Godot arrives first. Which he might. If they’re lucky. Which they don’t tend to be.

“65 years old, but as fresh and urgent as ever, Waiting for Godot is Samuel Beckett’s iconic play about the struggle for purpose, the power of friendship and the hunt for a pair of decent boots.”
