Bristol’s Open Attic Company take over the Wardrobe Theatre later this month for five days of storytelling for all ages. Hang on – all ages? Open Attic’s brilliant idea is to present a show of family storytelling during the daytime, and an adults-only version in the dark watches of the evening.
The company have gathered an impressive team of storytellers, performers and musicians to host a series of brand new stories that promises to take audiences to another world, the far future, the distant past – or just last week.
“The day time Family Friendly stories will be fun, exciting and suitable for everyone while the evening Not So Family Friendly tales may feature darker content, aimed at an older audience,” explains Open Attic’s co-director Adam Blake. “There will literally be something for everyone!”
